Jo Anne has been with us for over 35 years! Before assuming her role as our Office Manager, she trained and practiced as a Certified Dental Assistant. She loves talking with new and returning patients and says she has the privilege of working with the best dental team in the country. She really enjoys the path she has taken in life!
Jo Anne and her husband have been married since 1980, and they have two adult children as well as four wonderful grandchildren. Her hobbies include camping, painting, reading, going on early morning walks, and spending time with her dog, Nutmeg, and cat, Pepper.
Amy has been with our dental office since March of 2016. She earned her Associate’s degree in Dental Hygiene from the University of Vermont in 1997. Her main goal as a hygienist is to prevent and control disease and to educate her patients. She enjoys working with patients of all ages.
She lives in Franklin with her husband, Eric and three children Celina, Jacob and Anna. Her interests and hobbies include spending time with her family, being outdoors, gardening and helping her husband with their part-time businesses; The Vermont Popcorn Company and raising grass-fed beef.
Sarah Talcott graduated from Enosburg Falls High School in 1998, the University of Vermont in 2000 with an Associate's degree in Dental Hygiene, and Vermont Technical College in 2009 with a Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene. Upon graduating from UVM, Sarah was inducted into the Sigma Phi Alpha National Dental Hygiene Honor Society and awarded the Vermont Dental Hygienists' Association spirit award. She graduated from VTC Summa Cum Laude, maintaining a 4.0 GPA in all courses. She has been endorsed in the administration of local anesthesia since 2008.
Sarah lives in Fairfield with her husband, Patrick, their two children, Brady and Aliana, and their dog Cocoa. When not practicing dental hygiene, her interests include spending as much time as possible with her family, walking, shopping, playing softball and helping her husband with their maple sugaring operation, Talcott Family Maple.
Mary brings over 20 years of dental experience to our team, and for her, the best part of the job is the people—referring to both our patients as well as her fellow staff! She is a graduate of the University of Vermont and has her associate’s degree in dental hygiene.
Mary likes to start the day by getting up extra early so she can exercise, drink coffee, and enjoy the peace and quiet. After that, she dedicates most of her free time to supporting/raising four girls and three boys. When she can, she likes to relax by going to yoga, walking, and playing with her grandchildren.
With close to a decade of experience in the world of dental care, Kately truly enjoys making a difference in the lives of the people in her community through their smiles. Graduating from Essex High School, she later studied at Essex Tech to earn her certification in dental assisting. You’ll typically find her helping throughout the office and making sure patients feel at ease during their visits.
Outside of dentistry, Katelyn lives with her husband, their children, and their pet cat. Other than treating smiles, she loves spending time with family and friends as well as going on camping trips whenever she has the opportunity. Fun fact: her uncles and cousins race cars, and she enjoys going to watch their races!
Originally from Milton, VT, Jennifer truly enjoys working alongside an amazing team that she’s grown to love and trust. Through hands-on training and with over a decade of experience in the world of dentistry, she’s earned her way to dental assisting and coordinating patient’s treatment plans so that they get the care they deserve.
Away from the office, Jennifer has been married for well over two decades, has three children, and is soon to be a grandmother. Other than helping people achieve their best smiles, she also enjoys baking cakes for special occasions along with spending time with her loved ones. One fun fact about her: she has three dogs, three cats, and eleven chickens.
Originating from Doylestown, PA, Jacqueline graduated from Central Bucks High School West and later studied at Vermont Technical College to become a certified dental assistant. With well over half a decade of experience in the dental field, she has also obtained certifications in CDA, EMT, and phlebotomy. The best part about her job: building lasting relationships with patients as well as a pleasant office community.
Other than helping patients achieve their healthiest smiles, Jacqueline enjoys being with her family and friends, reading, painting, walking her dogs, and playing the violin. She also enjoys exploring and meeting new people, as she’s lived in 10 different states throughout the years!
Ryan grew up in Sheldon, VT, and enjoys every minute of her job as a dental hygienist. On top of helping people learn about their oral health and how to maintain their beautiful smiles, she also loves it when our patients become friends and family. She graduated from Vermont Technical College with her dental hygiene associates degree and has been in the world of dentistry since 2019. She’s also certified in local anesthesia.
At home, Ryan is happily married and has two wonderful children. While treating pearly whites is a reward in itself, she also enjoys spending as much time as possible with friends and family. An interesting fact about her: her second career choice would be to become a meteorologist.
Born and raised in Milton, VT, Bailey had already started assisting in dental care when she was 17 years old during her senior year at Milton High School. After graduating, she later underwent the Dental Assisting Program through Career and Technical Education in 2015. You can usually find her helping the dentists during dental treatments and leading the team to ensure every patient gets the exceptional care they need. With close to a decade of experience in the field, her favorite thing about her job is simply making patients smile again. Aside from the office, Bailey lives at home with her fiancé and their cat, and they enjoy spending quality time with their friends and family.
